Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026
1. Scope and provider
These terms govern the use of the TourHero platform (web app and native iOS/Android apps). The provider is MLS Projekt UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Jörg-Tömlinger-Straße 27, 82152 Planegg, Germany. Full provider details are in the legal notice.
2. Services
TourHero is an organisation platform for tennis tournaments. Depending on the tournament and your role it covers people and accreditation management, practice court and shuttle bookings, hotel assignments, stringing orders, ticketing, messaging and the live schedule. The feature set may differ per tournament and evolve over time.
3. Account and access
Most features require a personal account. Credentials and login links are confidential and must not be shared. Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. Suspected misuse must be reported to the provider without delay.
4. Roles and permissions
Access rights depend on your role in the respective tournament (e.g. player, volunteer, driver, hotel partner, organisation). Tournament organisers may grant, change and revoke roles. There is no entitlement to a specific role or to accreditation.
5. User obligations
The platform may only be used for tournament purposes and in compliance with applicable law. Prohibited in particular: posting unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content, automated data scraping, attacks on availability or security, and sharing other users' personal data outside the tournament context.
6. Content and rights
Users remain responsible for content they upload (e.g. photos, messages, profile data) and grant the provider the simple right of use required to operate and display the service. Rights to the platform itself, software, trademarks and design remain with the provider.
7. Availability
The provider aims for high availability but does not owe uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure may cause limitations.
8. Push notifications and location
Push notifications and location sharing (only for shuttle drivers on duty) require explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time in device or app settings.
9. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. The provider is not liable for third-party services (e.g. hotels, transport providers, tournament organisers).
10. Term and termination
Use may be ended at any time; accounts are deleted on request unless statutory retention obligations apply. The provider may suspend or delete accounts in case of serious breaches of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be adjusted where legally or technically necessary. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
12. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
