2. Data we collect
We process personal data that you actively provide to us (e.g. during registration, in your player profile, bookings, or inquiries) as well as technically necessary data (login session, device push tokens, log files).
- Account data: email, password (encrypted), name
- Profile data: player information, tournament affiliation
- Usage data: bookings (shuttle, hotel, stringing, tickets, services)
- Push tokens for notifications (native app only)
- Location data (shuttle drivers only, with explicit consent)
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed solely to provide platform features: authentication, tournament organisation, communication, service bookings, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, in particular for push notifications and location data), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
5. Data processors
We use cloud services to provide the platform (hosting, database, authentication, push delivery via Apple APNs / Google FCM). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
6. Retention period
We retain data for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Account data is deleted upon request.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies and local storage (login session, language preference). No third-party tracking is used.
